Leslie G. Bleifuss, Esq.

Born in Sycamore and raised in Maple Park, Les is a proud member of Kaneland's Class of 1984. His family’s roots in DeKalb County and western Kane County extend back nearly a century.

After graduating third in his class from law school in 1994, Les was associated with one of the preeminent securities arbitration attorneys in the country. Based on one of his courtroom performances, Mr. Bleifuss was recruited to join a large Chicago-based law firm to litigate business disputes including breach of contract, fraud, civil conspiracy, intentional interference with business relationship, breach of covenant not to compete, breach of fiduciary duty, and conversion. While associated with this large Chicago-based law firm, Mr. Bleifuss was involved with litigation in seventeen (17) different states.

Feeling the strong pull of his roots, Les opened his law office in Elburn in 2002. Les later added a Wheaton office to provide a more convenient location to meet with his clients in DuPage County. Since 2002, Les has used the experience he gained in litigating complex business disputes early in his career to represent clients in sophisticated business and real estate transactions while maintaining a traditional small-town, general law practice where he has become a trusted advisor to many members of the Kaneland community.
